Terms
dentaleducation.in · version of 8 November 2026
Dental Education (dentaleducation.in) is Dr Kedar Bakshi's lecture library for dentists and dental students. It is run by Dr Kedar Bakshi, Mumbai, Maharashtra, India ("we"). These Terms apply to everyone who uses the site: doctors who watch, members, and teachers and students who share their lectures. By joining, signing in or watching, you agree to them. We ask you to tick once that you agree; when the Terms change, we ask you once more.
1. For learning, not advice for a patient
- The lectures, pages, films and answers on this site are teaching material for dental professionals. They are not advice for any particular patient.
- Every diagnosis and treatment is the decision of the treating dentist, made with his or her own clinical judgement, training and the patient's consent. Techniques shown in a lecture may not suit every patient or every operator.
- We do not promise any clinical result from what is taught here.
2. The views in the lectures are the speakers' own
The lectures are teaching discussions. In them, Dr Kedar Bakshi, guest teachers, students and participants ask questions, give opinions and sometimes mention products, materials, companies, brands, or the ways other dentists work, and sometimes criticise them. All such views, questions and remarks are the personal opinion of the person speaking at that moment, given for teaching.
- A mention of a product, company or person is not an endorsement, an advertisement or an accusation, and nothing in the lectures is paid promotion unless the lecture says so.
- Dental Education and Dr Kedar Bakshi are not responsible for any consequences of the views, questions or remarks of any speaker, student, participant or guest teacher.
- We may edit, shorten, mute, blur or remove any part of a lecture at any time, for example a remark about a company or a person.
3. I4U, Dr Kedar's AI
- I4U writes its answers with AI from Dr Kedar Bakshi's lectures and his OsseoSure Knowledge Bank, and shows the part of the lecture the answer comes from. An answer can be incomplete or wrong: check what matters in the full lecture and with your own judgement.
- Never write a patient's name, number or other details in a question. What I4U keeps about your questions is in our Privacy page.
4. Using the lectures
- Your access is personal and works on two devices. Please do not share your sign-in.
- The lectures are for you to watch on this site. Please do not download, record (including screen recording), copy, re-upload or sell them, or any part of them.
- Share lectures only with the share buttons of the site. A doctor may share a part of a lecture of up to 10 minutes; that link plays only that part and works for 30 days.
- We may stop the access of anyone who misuses the lectures, I4U or the site.
- What each pack or plan gives is shown on the Plans page and when you buy it. Questions about a payment: message Dr Kedar, he answers each one.
5. Who owns what
- Dr Kedar Bakshi's lectures, slides, videos, pages, the OsseoSure material and I4U belong to Dr Kedar Bakshi. Dr Mahendra Patait's fellowship lectures belong to him. A guest teacher's or student's lecture belongs to that teacher or student (see 6).
- The names Dental Education, Implant4U, I4U, OsseoSure and Six Figures, and their logos, may not be used without our written permission.
6. Teachers and students who share their lectures
When you send a lecture, a presentation or a voice sample to Dental Education, you agree that:
- It is yours. The lecture is your own work, and you have the right to share everything in it: pictures, videos, music and slides. You keep the ownership.
- What we may do with it. You give Dental Education permission, not exclusive and free of charge, to keep it, show it on the site, make it searchable, write it out as text, let I4U or your own AI answer from it, make short parts and share pages of it, and show your name and the few lines you wrote about yourself, for as long as it is on the site. You can ask us at any time to take it down; we remove it from the site within 30 days.
- Patients. Every patient in it gave consent for teaching, and no patient can be recognised by name. You take out names, faces and other details where a patient did not agree.
- Your views are your own. The views in your lecture are yours (see 2), and you are responsible for what you say and show in it. Dental Education and Dr Kedar Bakshi are not responsible for any consequences of them.
- Dr Kedar decides what opens. He sees every lecture before it opens, and may decline, edit or remove any lecture, at any time.
- Your voice. If you choose your own voice for a PowerPoint, your voice sample is used only to make a copy of your voice that narrates your own lectures on Dental Education. It is made with a voice service (ElevenLabs) and is never used for anything else, or by anyone else. You can withdraw this consent at any time: we then delete your voice and stop using it for new lectures. The standard male and female voices are not the voices of real persons on the site.
- Fees. Your first 3 lectures are free. After that, a platform fee applies; we tell you the fee before you send the next lecture.
- Your own AI. A teacher may have his or her own AI that answers only from his or her own lectures, from at least 5 lectures and 4 hours of teaching, or as Dr Kedar decides. Its answers are written by AI (see 3).
7. Limits
- The site is offered as it is. We may change, pause or end any part of it. We do our best to keep it working and correct, but we cannot promise that it is always available or free of errors.
- As far as the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect loss, or for any loss arising from the use of what is taught, said or answered on the site.
8. Changes to these Terms
We may change these Terms. The date above changes with them, and the site asks you to agree once more at your next visit.
9. Law and courts
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra, India have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute about the site or these Terms.
